The number of PainFix Restore Patches recommended will also change based on the severity and duration of your problem. One box set of Restore Patch contains 5 individual patches, for 5 days’ use. Typically, one box set is suggested for less severe issues and 2 box sets for 10 days’ use is suggested for more chronic problems.

We recommend you keep the Restore Patch on for at least 8 hours, preferably between 12 and 15 hours. Our formula contains a herbal extract made from Chinese herbs, which results in a golden brown hue to our products. Once fully absorbed into the skin, our products should not stain your clothing.
The smell of our products is slightly minty, with herbal undertones but without an overpowering scent that you might find with other menthol-based OTC topical creams.
The formulas used in our products were originally developed over centuries by ancient Chinese physicians. Our products are listed with the FDA under the OTC monograph for active ingredients that are Generally Recognized as Safe and Effective (GRASE) for their indication. Our NDC labeller codes issued by the FDA are: PainFix Restore Patch – NDC 72749-000-00 and PainFix Relief Gel – NDC 72749-001-00. The assignment of an NDC does not denote approval of the products by the FDA.
For most people, PainFix patches and gels will not result in any adverse side effects. If you have sensitive skin or think you may be allergic to any of our ingredients, please test a small amount on your skin before use. A small percentage of the public may experience itchiness or skin rashes. Some itchiness is to be expected, but if more serious rashes develop, stop using the product immediately and consult your doctor if the symptoms don’t go away in a few days.
Most of our users will start to feel relief pretty quickly after applying our products. A small number however, might feel some discomfort initially, but this should be temporary. As our exercises and products activate tight and underworked muscles around the injury, this may cause a buildup of lactic acid and some resulting soreness.

You can return our products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of the product cost, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the shrink wrap protecting each product box is opened, tampered with or removed since we will not be able to guarantee that the products have not been tampered with.

We aim to ship all purchased Products within two business days of the date on which you placed your order. Once your order ships, orders should arrive in 3-8 business days.
